Cy has a unique background, which combines four successful business start-ups with 18 years working and consulting in a variety of arenas; including manufacturing, banking, government, high-tech and healthcare. Cy has personally led strategic planning efforts, culture change initiatives, talent assessment and succession planning projects. With expertise in leadership and change management principles, she has ensured the business readiness for multi-million dollar ERP and IT project implementations, created and implemented management development programs, provided executive coaching and conducted business process re-engineering.
Cy is a nationally known expert on managing both corporate and lifestyle change. As the co-author of two books, “Thin Lies Within – The Universal Principles of Weightloss and Well-being” and “Expert Women Who Speak…Speak Out!” she has been a featured keynote speaker at numerous national and international conferences and a variety of state conventions. Her approach is unconventional, candid and humorous. Her topics include lifestyle change, managing organizational change, project management, team-building, personality styles and breakthrough organizational behavior.

Cy holds a Bachelors degree in Political Science with an emphasis in international relations. Her second undergraduate degree is a Bachelors in Social Work. Cy also received her Masters of Science in Health Administration with an emphasis on Organizational Development.
