What will they learn?
The MDI program begins with a comprehensive assessment of what the participant knows about basic leadership skills. From there, participants build an action plan to help them improve in selected areas. The balance of the sessions target key information related to communication, delegation, handling conflict, performance management and resource allocation – the key areas that typically cause the greatest number of problems in today’s rapidly changing workplace.
Session Leaders
Instructors are experienced managers who have a variety of experiences in the areas they facilitate. Many have advanced degrees and specialized training and education in critical human resource areas.
Scheduling
Sessions are generally offered twice per month for seven months. This allows participants to practice the skills and techniques inherent in the training. Program dates are determined based on client company requirements.
